Pagatavošana
Jūs varat ņemt jebkuru gaļu un pat malto gaļu. Vislabāk ieteiktu vistas gaļu.
Smalki sagrieziet sīpolu, pievienojiet to gaļai. Sāli, piparus un pievieno Provansas garšaugus. Pievienojiet klāt malto ķiploku. Visu sasmalciniet ar nazi un sajauciet kopā. Cepat gaļu līdz pusgatavai (lai mainītu krāsu).
Lai pagatavotu mīklu, ērtā bļodā sajauc olu ar šķipsniņu sāls, pipariem un itāļu garšaugiem. Ielejiet jebkura tauku satura kefīru. Ieber miltus ar cepamo pulveri. Visu samaisa līdz krēmveidīgai konsistencei.
