Pagatavošana
Sākumā želatīnu pārlej ar aukstu ūdeni un ļauj tam kādu laiku uzbriest. Tikmēr ņem skābo krējumu vai nesaldinātu jogurtu (pēc izvēles), pievieno vanilīnu un cukuru pēc garšas, tad labi samaisa, līdz cukurs izšķīst.
Želatīns ir uzbriedis, tad mēs to izšķīdinām ūdens peldē, vai vienkāršā veidā mikroviļņu krāsnī dažas minūtes (neaizmirstot maisīt). Kad želatīns atkal ir šķidrā konsistencē, pamazām lejam to skābā krējuma masā un labi samaisām.
Notīrām mandarīnus un paņemam kociņu, piemēram, no suši (turēs labi) vai jebkuru koka iesmu. Ņemam trauku, pudeli vai glāzi saputošanai, ieliekam mandarīnus un pārlej ar sagatavoto masu.
Liek ledusskapī uz 30-60 minūtēm. Kad laiks pagājis, izņemam saldo no ledusskapja, tad uzmanīgi izņemam no trauka un neaizmirstam par koka irbulīti, kuru arī vajag izņemt.
