pipari – ½ tējk.
milti – 2 ēd.k.
sīpoli – 1 gab.
burkāns – 1 gab.
augu eļļa
kefīrs – 60ml

Skābais krējums – 4ēd.k.
Mums vajag 700 gramus maltās gaļas. Es vienmēr ņemu dažādu gaļu maisījumu, biežāk liellopu un cūkgaļu, sanāk daudz garšīgāk.
Pagatavošana
Pievienojiet bļodā vienu olu un izspiediet 4 ķiploka daiviņas. Pievieno pusi tējkarotes sāls, pusi tējkarotes piparu un samaisa.
Tagad pievienojiet maisījumu maltajai gaļai un rūpīgi samaisiet. Tālāk pievienojiet 2 ēdamkarotes miltu un samaisiet. Tad liekam ledusskapī uz 20 minūtēm.
Un šeit ir triks: paņemiet plastmasas pudeli un nogrieziet tās dibenu. Pudeli piepildām ar malto gaļu. Lai pildījums neliptu pie pudeles, to var ieziest ar augu eļļu.
Uzspiežot uz maltās gaļas, izspiež desiņas no pudeles kakliņa.
Iegūtās desiņas liek cepšanai sakarsētā pannā. Apcep 2 minūtes no katras puses uz vidējas uguns.
Sīpolu sagriež un burkānu sarīvē. Pievienojiet pannā nedaudz augu eļļas un vispirms ielieciet sīpolu, bet pēc 2 minūtēm pievienojiet burkānu.
Vāra 2-3 minūtes un pievieno 60 ml kefīra.
Tagad mēs tur lejam desiņas un vāram 15 minūtes uz vidējas uguns zem vāka.

Kamēr gaļa gatavojas, pagatavo mērci. Dilles sagriež, pievieno 4 ēdamkarotes saldā krējuma, izspiež 1 ķiploka daiviņu un pārkaisa ar pus tējkaroti sāls. Sajaucam un sanāk ļoti garšīga mērce.
Iegūtās desiņas iepriecinās jūs ar garšu, un kopā ar mērci tā ir tikai ideāla uzkoda svētku galdam.
