4 konservētu ananāsu gredzeni
150 grami cietā siera
150 grami majonēzes
granātābolu sēklas dekorēšanai
Pagatavošana
Paņemam sīpolu, smalki sagriežam un ieliekam pannā ar augu eļļu. Cep uz lēnas uguns līdz sīpoli ir zeltaini brūni. Pēc tam sasmalciniet vienu lielu ķiploka daiviņu, un, kad sīpols ir gatavs, pievienojiet to uz pannas. Uzliek vāku, atstāj uz pāris minūtēm.
Vistas fileju sagriež mazos gabaliņos un liek uz šķīvja. No vistas veidojam pirmo kārtu – salātu pamatu. Virsu ieziež ar majonēzi. Tad pievieno apceptos sīpolus ar ķiploku – tā būs otrā trauka kārta.

Tagad no burkas izņemam 4 ananāsu gabaliņus, sagriežam kubiņos un pievienojam salātiem. Šis būs mūsu trešais slānis. Ananāsi vienmērīgi jāsadala ar dakšiņu pa visu salātu perimetru.
