Pagatavošana
Kartupeļus ar mizu vāriet, līdz tie ir mīksti. 1 sarkano sīpolu sagriež uz pusēm un griež pus gredzenos.
Pārliek sarkanos sīpolus bļodā. Pievienojiet 1 tējkaroti cukura, 1 ēdamkaroti ābolu sidra etiķa un 2/3 tējkarotes sāls. Sarkanos sīpolu pārlej ar verdošu ūdeni. Labi samaisiet un ļaujiet tam pastāvēt 10-12 minūtes.
Sagriež 6-8 marinētus gurķus aplīšos. Sasmalcina dilles.
Pagatavo gardu mērci
Mērces pagatavošanai bļodā pievienojiet 100 ml saulespuķu eļļas un 50 ml piena. Pievienojiet melnos piparus, sāli, 5 gramus sinepju un 1 tējkaroti ābolu sidra etiķa. Pamaisiet dažas minūtes. Mērce gatava!
Visu sajauc kopā un salāti ir gatavi.
