    Kāpostu ēdiens izrādās ļoti garšīgs un maigs, nav sauss, to var pasniegt ar jebkuru mērci vai skābo krējumu, pie mums apēd arī bez mērcēm, nepaspējot pilnībā atdzist.

     

    Sastāvdaļas

    Kāposti – 800 g

    Olas – 3 gab

    Kartupeļi – 1 gab.

    Tomāts – 1 gab.

    Siers – 60 g

    Kečups

    Sāls pipari

    Dārzeņu eļļa

     

    Pagatavošana

    Sagriežu kāpostus, lieku bļodā un uzleju verdošu ūdeni, tad pagaidu 10 minūtes. Citā bļodā ievietoju 3 olas, sāli, piparus. Vienu nomizotu, svaigu kartupeli rīvēju uz smalkas rīves un ielieku bļodā ar olām.

    Noleju ūdeni kāpostiem, tad lieku kāpostus bļodā pie olām un visu samaisu.

    Apcepu augu eļļā 3 ķiploka daiviņas, kuras sagrieztas šķēlītēs. Izņemu ķiplokus un izklāju kāpostus ar masu. Vienmērīgi izklāj pannā un cep uz lēnas uguns 10 minūtes.

    Tad apgriež uz otru pusi. Virsū uzkaisa sieru, liek tomātu šķēles un pārkaisa ar zaļajiem lociņiem.

    Cep mazas uguns 7-8 minūtes, līdz siers būs izkusis.
